Community Food Bank
To file enrollment for the Pet Food Assistance Program it is necessary to visit the Community Food Bank facility at 3000 Galvez Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76111. You may complete your application at the time of your visit and you are REQUIRED to provide a PICTURE ID. This also enables you to receive table food and/or other services should you need them.
Community Storehouse
To receive assistance from Community Storehouse, you must live in either the Keller or Northwest Independent School District. You must complete the application found hereand make an appointment to meet with a case manager.

Community Food Bank disburses food Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Qualified recipients are given scheduled days to pick up supplies.
